Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls (BLJC) and the Orange National Retail Group Inc. (Orange) are pleased to announce the formation of a national partnership.

This new partnership will instantly establish BLJC Orange as the largest full service retail real estate service provider for retail tenants in Canada. The affiliation will merge industry leaders in facilities management, (with one of Canada’s premier real estate tenant representation / transaction firms). This will result in Canada’s only full lifecycle retail real estate solutions firm dedicated solely to Tenants.

In addition to providing a comprehensive, complimentary service offering, the partnership will allow the companies to leverage each other’s core strengths. With over 1,200 employees nationwide, the BLJC Orange partnership will have regional offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal with agent partners in every other major city across Canada.

The focus of the partnership is to enable retailers and other tenants who occupy multiple retail locations in Canada to increase profitability through every level of the real estate lifecycle. The firm plans to utilize the expertise and experience associated with a “boutique consulting” firm, whilst taking advantage of the resources available from a nationwide integrated Real Estate solutions company organization in a variety of key areas. BLJC Orange is the first group in Canada to merge the Consulting phase, the Transaction phase, Fit-up phase and the Facilities Management phases of the real estate cycle into one contiguous offering.
